Raceday Reception (£8 p/h)
An exciting and varied position has arisen at Newbury Racecourse entitled Raceday Reception. It would involve manning the main raceday reception, dealing with the public’s enquiries and directing them around the racecourse, handling lost property, selling racecourse merchandise & cash handling and switchboard manning. You do not need to have prior knowledge of the Racing industry as full training will be given. This is currently a part time role for raceday’s only, however non raceday work would be available and this role would suit possible someone with a family looking for a way back into work.
