Newbury Racecourse

This superb purpose built conference and exhibition venue offers the largest and most flexible facilities in the M4 corridor. The Grandstand has 3 floors that offer large flexible spaces for a wide range of events, making it one of the best conference venues in Berkshire. Highlights include:

Ground Floor
The ground floor is pillar free and has over 1,000m² of floor space and a ceiling height of over 5 metres. The area is ideal for exhibitions and large conferences with a capacity of up to 1000 delegates theatre style.

First Floor
The 1st floor is glass sided on three sides and has stunning views across the racecourse.  It is ideal for use as the catering area for the Ground or 2nd Floor.  The area can be directly accessed from the car park in front of the Grandstand also making it suitable for the registration of delegates on arrival. 

Second Floor
The 2nd floor of the Grandstand is the main conference area, it has full greyout, 3 phase power and is pillar free, it is suitable for larger conferences of over 250 delegates.

The Berkshire Stand is ideally suited for small to medium sized conferences for up to 250 delegates.  Highlights include:

• Full blackout in conference areas
• Wi-Fi services, projectors and screen equipment
• Over 40 flexible breakout rooms
• Stunning views across the racecourse
• Parking for over 3,000 cars
• Access for cars on the ground floor

Meeting Rooms
The hospitality boxes on the 2nd to 5th floors are ideal as breakout rooms and can be used as either single rooms or opened up to accommodate up to 120 delegates in one area.

First Floor
Here you will find the Carnarvon Room which has a capacity of up to 250 theatre style and the adjacent Long Room where coffee breaks and lunch can be served.

Ground Floor
The Concourse area has access for cars and can be used as a venue for small exhibitions or product launches.

A versatile facility for conferences and meetings in a contemporary setting, with panoramic views over the racecourse. With two fantastic facilities you can combine your meeting or conference needs on the 2nd floor with catering and reception area on the 1st floor.

Second Floor – Hennessy Suite
On racedays, this restaurant is known as one of the finest on any racecourse in the country with a comfortable and modern atmosphere and superb views.  On non-race days the Hennessy Suite can be converted into a superb conference room, which has been fitted to a very high standard and offers:

The Lambourn Suite is an ideal area all of your catering for the day and has stunning views across the racecourse. The stand also has a large grassed area outside which is easily accessible via steps from the 1st floor, this would enable a BBQ style lunch to be served as an alternative during the summer period.

The two rooms are easily adaptable and have superb views across the racecourse.
The Royal Box at Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is one of the most exclusive conference venues in the South of England. The facilities include:

We can set up your private box with everything you need including an LCD projector, screen, flipcharts and stationery tool kit.
