Opened in November 2000 and designed by Lord Foster, The Grandstand at Newbury Racecourse in Berkshire is a state of the art exhibition venue with over 2,500m² of floor space available.

Facilities include:

• 3 phase power on all floors
• Full grey out on the ground and 2nd floors
• Over 1,000m² of pillar free space on the ground floor
• Easy access to the ground floor with no steps
• Access for cars on the Ground floor
• Parking for both exhibitors and visitors

Glass sided on 3 sides the Grandstand has stunning views across the racecourse from both the 1st and 2nd floors. The 2nd floor also has 8 x 42inch plasma screens built in which can either be used independently or can be linked into any independent systems.

The large loading doors on the ground floor of the venue allow access for cars and vans on the ground floor making it suitable for a wide range of events.

The Berkshire Stand has a large range of rooms making it one of the most flexible venues for events of all types including exhibitions and product launches.

• Access for cars on the Ground floor
• Parking for both exhibitors and visitors

The concourse area on the ground floor is the ideal venue for smaller exhibitions and has over 500m² of floor space. The area also has access for cars.

The 1st floor Long Room can both be used for similar style events with over 600m² available.

The second, third, fourth and fifth floors of the Berkshire stand are made up of over 40 hospitality boxes that overlook the racecourse and are available as small meeting rooms if required.
