Q. When is lunch served?
 A. Lunch is served between 12pm and 2pm at your leisure.

Please note: We are unable to heat baby food brought in by guests - we recommend racegoers to plan provisions for babies and young children without this facility.


Q. What time do the gates open?
 A. Two hours before the first race

Q. What are the capacities of the private boxes?
A. We cater from 16 to 20 people in our private boxes, we can cater for up to 320 people in other hospitality areas on site.


Q. When do we get the badges and tickets sent out?
A. Once the balance has been paid the badges and tickets will be sent out to you.


Q. Do we pay for car parking?
 A. We have ample free car parking on site and you will receive one car park ticket per two tickets.

There is disabled car parking in close proximity to both the Premier and Grandstand Enclosures.

Q. Do you offer meeting facilities before racing?
 A. Yes we can arrange a conference or event for you at a cost of £12 per person (plus VAT) to include room hire, tea, coffee and Danish pastries, soft drinks and bottled water.  AV equipment can be ordered for you. 

Q. Can we get married at the racecourse and on a raceday?
 A. We would be delighted to help you celebrate your marriage here at Newbury Racecourse. We can arrange wedding receptions and we have an expert to help you with this. Q. Can we print a message in the racecard?
 A. We can print messages and adverts.  A half page ad for example would cost £125, for further details please call our Sponsorship team on 01635 40015 or email sponsorship@newbury-racecourse.co.uk

Q. Where are the smoking areas for corporate hospitality?
 A. Other than in any outside areas smoking is permitted on the balcony outside your box.

Q. What is the dress code?
 A. Dress code is smart, casual.  Many people like to dress up for our Saturday fixtures.  Jackets and trousers for men are welcome however smart denim* is acceptable.

Sportswear or ripped jeans or trousers are not permitted in the Premier Enclosure.  Long shorts are permitted in the summer.

*Smart denim must not have tears or rips

Q. What facilities are there for babies and young children?
A. The Rocking Horse Nursery, which can be found behind the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand, has a Mother & Baby room which provides baby changing and feeding facilities.  Other changing and feeding faciliites can be found in the Hampshire Stand, Berkshire Stand, Dubai Duty Free Grandstand and Ladies toilets in the Pall Mall Stand.
