Winter Festival

This unique event in our racing calendar is renowned for being a fantastic social and sporting occasion.

Featuring one of Britain’s most prestigious Jump races, the Hennessy Gold Cup, this 3 day Festival (Thursday 26th to Saturday 28th November 2009) is packed with top quality races.

The stars on the track are matched by a wonderful Festival atmosphere off it.  Our ever popular shopping village will return bigger and better than ever plus there will be a range of live entertainment to give the 3 days an additional buzz.

To ensure that the Newbury Winter Festival offers you the best variety of hospitality to suit the occasion, we have put together a selection of packages.

On Thursday and Friday the normal Silver to Platinum Packages will be available.  However, there are two special packages available on Hennessy  Gold Cup Day on Saturday:

The Gold Cup Plus Package:
  • Private box with viewing balcony
  • Premier Enclosure ticket and car park label
  • Official Programme
  • Coffee and Pastries on arrival
  • Bucks Fizz and canapés reception
  • Four course lunch with coffe
  • Full afternoon tea
  • Complimentary bar (excl Champagne) until the last race

The Gold Cup Package:

From a cosy table for 2 to a group of 12, this is the ideal place to dine.

On Hennessy Gold Cup Day, there is a specially designed menu to fit the occasion:

On Friday 27th November, the normal Hennessy Restaurant package will be available for £105 inc VAT.  

SPECIAL EVENT ON THURSDAY
In 2008, John Campbell, Michelin-starred Executive Chef from The Vineyard at Stockcross, was the guest chef in the Hennessy Restaurant.  2009 details TBC.

With great views, sit back and enjoy the racing from the comfort of your table.  The package includes a Grandstand Enclosure ticket, 3 course lunch and coffee plus an official programme.  Hennessy Day is always a sell out so early booking is recommended.
