Sponsorship / Benefits

Branding your Race
As well as being able to choose a race name to promote your company name or product, you’ll also be able to present winning mementoes (bearing the company name) on the presentation podium which can be branded for the duration of the prize giving.  The winner’s rug can also be an eye catching way of branding your business.  Prior to racing, you will be able to judge the best turned out horse, a great way to involve your guests in the build-up to the race.

Racecard/CCTV advertising

Racecards contain all the information a racegoer needs for a meeting and you will be entitled to a full page colour ad within it.  Additional pages are available for a racegoers competition – a great way to collect data.  Also a short video can be played at regular intervals on the CCTV system.

Racecourse Branding
Sponsors are entitled to 4 banner sites at strategic points around the inside of the track, positioned to ensure maximum TV exposure.  Other sites available for banners include the parade ring, car parks and approach roads, the horse walk and the various flagpoles situated around the course.  Our sponsors will also feature on our electronic information boards.
Guest Entertainment
As part of your package, you’re entitled to have a box or entertainment area for your guests.  Our hospitality facilities are some of the best in the country and we can offer a wide range of menus to suit your requirements.  As a race sponsor you will also be able to watch the race from the Royal Box.  From here you will be escorted to the Winner’s Enclosure to meet the winning connections prior to the presentation ceremony.

Media Exposure
Our experienced sponsorship team will work closely with both the local and national media to ensure you gain maximum exposure.  Many of our Saturday fixtures are covered by Channel 4 Racing and Racing UK televises all our fixtures on Sky Channel 432.  Additionally, live racing is broadcast in betting shops on Turf TV.  Race names appear in the majority of national newspapers as well as in the Racing Post.  Press releases are regularly distributed which are supported by local advertising and reader offers in local press.
