The Winter Festival - 26.27.28 November 2009

The Winter Festival at Newbury Racecourse is a highlight of the jump and winter social scene. With the leading Trainers, Jockeys and Owners all in attendance, three days of quality jump racing will take centre stage. Thursday kicks off with some fantastic racing action and Friday features Gentlemen’s Day, with the Hennessy Gold Cup culminating on the Saturday.

Christmas at Newbury
Christmas at Newbury Racecourse is always popular.

Christmas Party Day on Wednesday 16 December is a fantastic way to welcome the festive season and makes a perfect venue for any Christmas celebration. HEROS Charity Race Day featuring the Challow Hurdle offers a quality day of racing on Tuesday 29 December as well as featuring plenty of family and themed entertainment.

The finest jump racing in 2010
Totesport Super Saturday on Saturday 13 February is highly regarded as a mouth watering display of the finest jump racing. In March, the quality continues with four more days of action including the Greatwood Charity Race Day featuring the Newbury Gold Cup and the jump season climaxes with the EBF Mares Final at the end of the month.

Whatever the weather, viewing the racing action from the luxury of a private box or from one of our panoramic restaurants is a great way to entertain clients, family and friends. Newbury Racecourse boasts two panoramic dining restaurants: the Hennessy and Racegoers’ Restaurant as well as 46 Private Boxes and Suites, including the Royal Box, offering fine dining and panoramic views overlooking the racing action.
