birthday falls on the same day as a race fixture, even on Party in the Paddock dates and Hennessy Gold Cup Day!

What is the Free Birthday ticket?
Newbury Racecourse is offering a free one-day ticket to any raceday to our visitors on his or her birthday. The Free Birthday Ticket is only available if your birthday falls on the actual raceday and you pre-book your ticket at least 7 days prior to raceday. Valid photo I.D. is required.

How do I claim and get my Free Birthday Ticket?
Contact the Sales Team on 01635 40015 and request a Free Birthday Ticket. We will take a few details and make the booking for you and will require a copy of either your birth certificate, driving license or passport to be sent to us.
You will receive a confirmation email, bring this email and photo I.D. along on the raceday to exchange your free ticket. Failure to bring the confirmation email and suitable I.D. will result in no free ticket given.
Collect your ticket from the Premier Collection booth located outside the Premier Gate and enjoy your day!
Can I use my free ticket in a restaurant or private hospitality box?
Yes, just advise a member of the team during the enquiry and we can make the allowance against the package booked. Please note we will require prior notice of the Free Birthday Ticket and are unable to make any refunds once the booking is contracted or paid for.
All tickets and package details will be sent in the post (subject to booking date) and the Free Birthday Ticket will be available at the Premier Collection Booth.
What if I have already booked my tickets, have an annual membership, booked a restaurant or hospitality package or have been given a ticket?
We regret we are unable to refund or make any allowance once a ticket or package has been booked.

Cannot be taken in conjunction with any other offer
One Free Birthday Ticket per person
To claim the Free Birthday Ticket your birthday MUST fall on the raceday
No refunds or transfers if bookings have been made already
