Following the unprecedented incident in the parade ring on Saturday 12th February we are very sorry for any distress or inconvenience this caused our racegoers.
In respect of these events, we have decided to amend the standard abandonment policy for this fixture and have increased the refund level to our customers.
Pre paid tickets and Entry Packages
Customers who purchased tickets or entry packages by credit or debit card prior to the race meeting will not need to contact the racecourse and will automatically be refunded 100% to the card they made payment with.
Please allow up to 15 working days for the refund to be processed.
Tickets and Entry Packages purchased on the day
Customers who purchased any tickets on the day are required to send their tickets along with a self addressed envelope to:

Hospitality, Dining & Annual Box Holders
